Your Practice's 4 Pillars™ Job Site & Plan section is the grid for guiding your practice through this 4 Pillars™ Immunization Toolkit program. This is the section you will access to view your specific practice's progress and to update your task list, viewing upcoming tasks and checking off those tasks that you've already completed. You must be login into the site and be an associated member of your practice in order to view Your Practice's 4 Pillars™ Job Site & Plan.
Once your practice is established, in order to become associated as a member of your group, simply click on the "Subscribe To Group" tab as shown below. This email will go to the chosen 4 Pillars™ Immunization Toolkit leader for your practice. Upon their approval of your membership request, you will be notified via email and will then be able to view your practice's homepage and keep up to date on the progress to date.
